To begin working with Markhor Global LLC Dispatch, please follow these steps:
Step #1
Ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Have an MC number for at least three months
- Operate equipment compatible with our services
- Be prepared to travel interstate
If you meet these requirements, move on to Step #2!

Submit your application using the form below or call us directly at +1 (720) 507-66-10
Step #3
Prepare the necessary documents:
- W9 Form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification)
- Insurance Certificate (Liability and cargo policies with us listed as a certificate holder)
Step #4
Sign the dispatch agreement. This agreement outlines the terms of our services and includes a limited Power of Attorney (PoA) that authorizes us to represent your company.
Step #5
Once everything is complete, we’re ready to get started!
